Core Performance & Structural Advantages

Featuring dual-layer composite design, the outer solid silicone layer boasts high tensile strength, wear resistance and pressure resistance, while the inner closed-cell foam layer achieves ultra-low thermal conductivity and excellent heat preservation. The tube wall has uniform structure, stable dimension and great overall flexibility. It fits tightly with all kinds of pipelines, easy to sleeve and cut, and will not scratch or squeeze protected components. Breaking through the performance limitations of single-layer foam tubes and ordinary solid silicone tubes, it integrates multiple functions and shows superior comprehensive performance:
  • Dual-Layer Efficient Thermal Insulation:The dense closed-cell foam inner layer locks heat effectively and blocks heat transfer, greatly reducing heat loss and condensation. The outer solid layer further isolates external temperature interference. It works stably within -60℃ to 250℃, maintaining excellent heat preservation effect in both high-temperature heating and low-temperature refrigeration scenarios, realizing energy saving and constant temperature control.
  • High Mechanical Strength & Wear Resistance:The solid silicone outer layer enhances tensile resistance, tear resistance and surface wear resistance. The tube is not easy to crack or damage under frequent friction, extrusion and external force impact. With compression set ≤7%, it restores quickly after long-term compression, retaining stable shape and performance for a long time.
  • UL94 V-0 High-Grade Flame Retardancy:Formulated with halogen-free environmental flame retardant additives for both inner and outer layers, the product meets UL94 V-0 flame retardant standard. It self-extinguishes rapidly when leaving fire source, no molten drips and low toxic smoke during combustion, effectively inhibiting flame spread along pipelines and eliminating fire hazards.
  • Excellent Waterproof & Moisture-Proof Sealing:The fully closed-cell structure and compact outer layer jointly form a reliable waterproof barrier, reaching good moisture-proof, dust-proof and anti-condensation capability. It prevents rainwater, humid air and corrosive media from penetrating, avoiding pipeline corrosion, mildew and circuit short circuit caused by moisture invasion.

  • Outstanding Weather Resistance & Anti-Aging:Added with anti-UV, anti-ozone and high-temperature anti-aging ingredients, it resists harsh environments such as long-term high temperature, low temperature cycle and outdoor sunlight. It will not harden, yellow or crack after years of use, with a service life up to 8-10 years.
  • Precision Customization & Easy Installation:Customizable inner diameter, outer diameter, wall thickness, length and color according to demands. Dimensional tolerance is controlled within ±0.05mm for perfect sleeving. Precision Manufacturing & Strict Quality Control

Targeting the composite structural characteristics and multi-functional performance requirements of the product, we adopt mature co-extrusion composite technology and implement full-process industrial-grade quality control to ensure stable and consistent product quality:
  1. Special Formula Raw Material Selection:Select high-quality platinum-vulcanized silicone materials, and match dedicated additives for foam layer and solid layer respectively. All raw materials pass thermal insulation, flame retardant, environmental protection and compatibility tests.
  2. Integrated Co-Extrusion Foaming Process:Adopt one-piece co-extrusion composite process to ensure tight bonding between inner foam layer and outer solid layer, no delamination. The foam pores are uniform and tube wall thickness is consistent.
  3. Full-Item Performance Testing:Each batch is tested for thermal conductivity, high and low temperature resistance, flame retardancy, tensile strength, waterproof performance and dimensional accuracy, with factory qualification rate of 99.8%.

Precautions

1. Select proper specifications based on pipeline outer diameter and working temperature to ensure close fit and optimal thermal insulation effect.
2. Do not violently stretch, twist or pull the tube during installation, to prevent delamination of composite layers and damage to internal foam structure.
3. Avoid long-term direct contact with strong acid, strong alkali and corrosive solvents, so as to prevent material aging and performance degradation.
4. Store in dry, cool and ventilated place, keep away from open flames and high-temperature heat sources, and avoid long-term heavy pressure stacking.
5. Forbid long-term use beyond the rated temperature range, to prevent failure of thermal insulation and structural performance.
6. Inspect the tube regularly during operation. Replace timely if delamination, cracking or hardening appears.
