Conductive rubber is the glass plated silver, aluminum plated silver, silver and other conductive particles evenly distributed in silicone rubber, through the pressure to make conductive particles contact, to achieve good conductive properties.

It has both military and commercial applications. Its main function is sealing and electromagnetic shielding. The product can be molded or extruded, and is available in sheet or other punching shapes. Shielding performance up to 120dB (10GHz). It is divided into CONSIL-NC (graphite plated nickel filled silicone rubber) CONSIL-V (silver filled silicone rubber extrusion liner) CONSIL-A (aluminium plated silver filled silicone rubber) CONSIL-N (nickel plated silver filled silicone rubber) CONSIL-C (copper plated silver filled silicone rubber) SC-CONSIL (graphite filled silicone rubber CONSIL-R (pure silver filled CONSIL-II (silver filled silicone rubber mould liner) etc.
Ultra-high conductivity silicone rubber products are particularly suitable for:
● Medium and small military electronic chassis and microwave waveguide system;
● Aerospace, aviation, ships and other military shelter and military electronic equipment; ● Electronic products (such as computer cases, mobile phones, test consumables, etc.), telecommunications, high-frequency control equipment, etc.
● Electric power, railway and other harsh environment of electronic equipment.
