High-performance foamed silicone rubber: A dual solution of process and characteristics

Product process: Advanced micro-foaming technology is adopted. Through the synergy of physical foaming and chemical foaming processes, the cell density (adjustable from 0.3 to 1.0g/cm³) and the uniform and fine pore size distribution are precisely controlled. In combination with the intelligent compression molding system, after vacuum mixing, high-temperature vulcanization (180℃×30min), precise cooling and other processes, the surface is smooth without pores.

Product Features:
Extreme environmental adaptability: Temperature resistance range -60 ℃ to 220℃, no cracking at low temperatures and no deformation at high temperatures, suitable for engine cabins, cold storage and other scenarios. Waterproof, dustproof and moisture-proof Flame retardant grade UL94 V0, etc.

Excellent mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥3.0MPa, elongation at break ≥180%, tear resistance ≥9kN/m, permanent compression set rate < 8% (70℃×22h), and it is not prone to aging after long-term use.
