What are the test parameters of silicone tube?
Silicone tubes are tested to be used, such as its various performance tests, we can refer to 5 characteristics from flame retardant, tensile, bonding force, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance.

1, flame retardant test
It can be lit with an open flame and extinguished naturally in about 30 seconds.
2. Tensile test
There is no obvious deformation or elongation when pulled by hand, and there is no crack after bending back and forth 3 times, and the skin does not have any wrinkling phenomenon.
3, adhesion test
The silicone tube to be tested is repeatedly folded at 180 degrees for 3-5 times, and then the pressure test is carried out.
4, high temperature resistance test
After passing 1-2m of the pipe to be tested through the tunnel furnace (120℃ for 45 minutes), the surface should not have yellowing, bubbles and other bad appearance, and then the pipe after high temperature is tested for pressure resistance and meets the pressure resistance requirements.
5, high pressure resistance test
The pipe to be tested is sampled and divided into samples (after high temperature, bonding force test, tensile test), and then the corresponding conductor (copper rod or iron rod) is passed through the silicone tube, and one end of the pressure rod of the pressure meter contacts the conductor, and the other end moves back and forth on the silicone tube through the conductor. When the pipe is broken down, the pressure meter gives an alarm sound for unqualified product, and the other end is qualified product.
