Ultimate protective performance:
▶ Waterproof and moisture-proof: The closed-cell structure blocks the liquid penetration path, with a water absorption rate of less than 0.5%, allowing for long-term immersion in water to maintain stable performance.
▶ Thermal insulation and sound insulation: Thermal conductivity ≤0.035W/(m · K), sound insulation ≥25dB, suitable for building insulation, equipment sound insulation and other scenarios.
▶ Strong weather resistance: Resistant to ultraviolet rays (QUV aging for 500 hours, color change △E < 3), ozone (no cracking after 50pphm×40℃×72 hours), outdoor service life exceeds 10 years.
Excellent mechanical properties
The compression and rebound rate is over 80% (compression of 50%×22 hours), the tear resistance strength is ≥9kN/m, and it can withstand dynamic loads ranging from 0.3 to 1.0MPa.
The temperature resistance range is -50 ℃ to 200℃. It does not become brittle at low temperatures or collapse at high temperatures, making it suitable for extreme environments such as cold storage and ovens.
