Liquid silicone foam parts: High-performance components shaped by precise craftsmanship
Product process: Advanced liquid silicone rubber injection foaming technology is adopted. Through a vacuum casting system, liquid silicone rubber and foaming agent are precisely mixed. After high-temperature vulcanization (170℃×15min), it is injected into shape with a precision mold, achieving uniform and controllable cell structure, high dimensional accuracy, and a smooth surface without burrs.
Excellent physical properties:
The temperature resistance range is -50 ℃ to 200℃, and the elastic retention rate is over 85% in high and low temperature environments.
▶ Waterproof grade IP68, compression permanent deformation rate < 5% (70℃×22h), long-lasting sealing performance;
The tensile strength is ≥3.0MPa, the elongation at break is ≥180%, and the tear resistance is 15% higher than that of traditional molded foamed parts.
