Base material: High-purity silicone (Shore hardness 10-30C) or EPDM (Shore hardness 30-55C); Foaming process: Closed-cell molded foaming, pore size 0.1-0.4mm, density 0.3-0.65g/cm³; Molding parameters: Clamping force 100-300T, vulcanization temperature 160-180℃, holding time 30-120s; Mechanical performance: Tensile strength ≥3.5MPa (silicone) or ≥9.65MPa (EPDM), elongation ≥100%.
